Do real rifle scopes work on airsoft guns?

I’m getting a Sig Sauer AEG airsoft rifle from Diks Sportin Goods (intended misspelling) and want to know if the Barska Red Dot Riflescope (AC11088) will fit. If it doesn’t please tell me what will.
