What is the expected ROF in an upgraded airsoft AEG?
I have the new CA CQB Seal model….7mm bearings…I have installed a m120 spring, aluminum piston head and a 10.8v battery.
What is the expected ROF with this setup…..I’m not interested in FPS….I need to know how many bb’s per minute I can expect to shoot
umm… if you didnt change out the gearbox and it is still the original gearbox, your rof would be the same, maybe abit higher due to the increase of the battery. Springs only increase the bb velocity but a harder spring requires more power to complete a rotation. The motor is run in a pattern of gears and gear releases so parts of some gears have no threads, this is the time the spring is released and the air is compressed. Up graded gearboxes have different threading that lets the bbs fire harder or faster.
